Reservation

To reserve the baby equipment, you may need to provide The Travelling Baby Co. with your name, contact information, rental dates, and payment information.

 

Payment

Payment is required in advance of the delivery of the equipment.  

 

Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period that you choose to rent the item for is one week.

 

Rental Plan

Refers to the agreement to rent an item from The Travelling Baby Co. which you enter into by transacting to rent through The Travelling Baby Co. website. This may be a fixed term or a rolling contract.

 

Contract

By entering into any form of transaction with The Travelling Baby Co., you are agreeing to these terms of service. 

 

Ownership

Commencement of a Rental Plan does not constitute a change of ownership of the goods of The Travelling Baby Co. to the customer. 

 

Changes to the terms

The Travelling Baby Co. reserves the rights to revise and change the terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation and Refund

The cancellation charge is the amount you must pay when ending a rental plan early, if you have committed to a fixed term plan. For example, if you have rented an item for two months and have decided that you only need the item for one month, you will be charged for one month and one week and will be refunded for the remainder of the existing plan.

 

Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery of the item marks the beginning of your Minimum Rental Period; the item will be delivered upon successful payment of your item.

The Travelling Baby Co. may offer delivery and/or pick-up services for an additional fee. If you choose to pick up the equipment yourself, you will need to arrange a time and location with The Travelling Baby Co.

 

Use and Care of Equipment

You are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period. You should follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and safety guidelines. Any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period may result in additional charges.

 

Liability

The Travelling Baby Co. may require you to sign a liability waiver. You are responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period, and you may be liable for any damages caused to the equipment and you may incur an additional fee. Prior to every rental a Condition Report will be produced and stored. If you would like to view this report, please get in touch with us at info@thetravellingbabyco.com.au.

Once the item has been returned it will be assessed for any damage caused against the Condition Report produced at the beginning of the rental period. A reasonable level of wear and tear is permitted but you will be charged for any more significant damage.

 

Late Fees

If the item is returned later than 24 hours you will be charged our minimum rental fee which will be a fee of an additional week. 

 

Return of Equipment

You should return the equipment to The Travelling Baby Co. by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns will result in additional charges.

 

Cleaning

The Travelling Baby Co. will ensure that all products will be fully cleaned and sanitised before delivery and install of products. The customer is also responsible for returning all products in good working order. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee.

 

Availability

The Travelling Baby Co. may not have all equipment available at all times. We may have a limited supply of certain items, so it's best to reserve in advance to ensure availability.
